Peers Clough Farm is a 200 year old, former dairy farm, set in 70 acres of pasture and woodland, between Lumb and Water in the Rossendale Valley, East Lancashire, close to the towns of Rawtenstall and Burnley. Peers Clough Farm offers accommodation for those who come and ride with Peers Clough Packhorses. We have a self-catering holiday cottage and the farmhouse may also available to rent for larger groups on a self-catering basis. You are welcome to bring your horse on holiday- stabling and grazing available. Our trekking centre uses locally bred Fell ponies to explore the surrounding open countryside. The cottage is ideal for visiting the area for recreation, family occasions, and riding, cycling or walking on the Mary Towneley Loop of the Pennine Bridleway. A quiet and peaceful location within easy reach of the motorway network it offers the best of both worlds between town and country.
