Alternatively it is listed on Booking.com and Air Bnb.

The holiday cottage will be closed on the online platforms during January and February, and will reopen from Saturday 1st March 2025.



​Accommodation at the farmhouse will be limited to those who are riding with us / hiring the farmhouse on a self catering basis.

Peers Clough Farm is a 200 year old, former dairy farm, set in 70 acres of pasture and woodland, between Lumb and Water in the Rossendale Valley, East Lancashire, close to the towns of Rawtenstall and Burnley.

We have a self-catering holiday cottage and the farmhouse is available to rent for larger groups on a self-catering basis.

The cottage is ideal for visiting the area for recreation, family occasions, and exploring. We are the perfect location for riding, cycling or walking on the Mary Towneley Loop of the Pennine Bridleway.


You are welcome to bring your horse on holiday- stabling and grazing available.

Our on site trekking centre uses locally bred Fell ponies to explore the surrounding open countryside. Contact us to book.

A quiet and peaceful location within easy reach of the motorway network it offers the best

 of both worlds between town and country.
