Peers Clough Farm is a 200 year old, former dairy farm,

set in 70 acres of pasture and woodland, between Lumb

and Water in the Rossendale Valley.

Peers Clough Farm provides  bed and breakfast

accommodation, catering especially  for riders, cyclists

and walkers on the Mary Towneley Loop of the

Pennine Bridleway. A quiet and peaceful location within

 easy reach of the motorway

network it offers the best of both worlds between town

and country.

Nestled within the Pennines, Rossendale is one of the North

West's most cherished hidden

gems.  An area once  famous for its

textile industries, down to earth folk, and quirky traditions,

Rossendale now welcomes a new generation of visitors

to enjoy its

 rugged landscape and congenial hospitality.
